The three stages below are kept separate on purpose: what earlier materials document, what this release presents as a concept, and what would have to be completed before anything changes.

Baseline adapter with fixture fallback

An adapter interface that could later address a reproducible baseline, falling back to local fixtures whenever no baseline is available.
